Prime Minister of Timor-Leste expressed condolence and solidarity to China

On 21 August 2013, H.E. Mr. Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, addressed a letter to H.E. Mr. Li Keqiang, Premier of the People’s Republic of China, to express condolences and solidarity of the Government and the People of Timor-Leste, on the recent devastation caused by torrential rains and flooding in the south and north of China.
