The Ambassador of TL to PRC, H.E. Ms. Vicky Tchong accompanied the Senior Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Timor-Leste, in attending the 7th Ministerial Conference of the Community of Democracies, in Ulangbator, Mongolia, from 25th - 30th April 2013.
