Following the previous disccusion on Economic Development of China and Lessons for Timor-Leste, the Timorese students in China have conducted another group discussion on Economic Development of South Korea and Singapore, Lessons for Timor-Leste, on 12th August 2012 at the residence of the Second Secretary of the Embassy. The case study for the discussion was presented by Mr. Azevedo Marcal, PhD Candidate in Economics; and was participated actively by H.E. Ambassador: Ms. Vicky Tchong, the Second Secretary of the Embassy Mr. Fausto Freitas, and Timorese Students in Beijing plus some others from other provinces in China.

These discussions were designed to prepare students for another more interesting discussion on Strategic Development Plan of Timor-Leste for 2030. The presentation was going to be presented by Mr. Danilo Henriques, Economic, Investment and Trade Officer of the Timor-Leste Embassy, on 19th August 2012.
