Ambassador Vicky Tchong and Mr. Helio attended the 3rd China-ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Start-up Forum in Liuzhou City, Jiangxi Province from November 17 -- 21, 2012.

The Forum was held in Liuzhou from 17 – 19 Nov 2012. It was Co-hosted by China –ASEAN Association, Liuzhou Municipal Peoples Government, and China Women Entrepreneurs Association. This forum is a plat form for high-level exchanges and win-win cooperation. It conveys China – ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs’ latest information. It is held every two years. The first held in Liuzhou in October 2008. The forum focuses on the research and discussion of China – ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs’ Start-Up, with the goal of promoting economic cooperation and exchanges between China and ASEAN countries.
